Common questions.
Is this a broker or trading platform?
No. Composure is a journaling and coaching tool. You trade on your existing platform (MT5, TradingView, etc.) and log the trades here for review and improvement.
Do I need to give access to my broker account?
Not in the beta. The current version is fully manual — you enter trades yourself. Automatic broker sync (MT4/MT5 via MetaAPI) is planned for a future release.
How does the $1 trial work?
Pay $1 to start a 14-day trial of any paid plan. If you cancel before day 14, you pay nothing more. After 14 days, the regular monthly price applies and you can cancel any time.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your journal entries stay in your account on the Free plan. You can export your data at any time on paid plans. We do not delete trade logs when you downgrade.
What AI model powers the coaching features?
Composure uses Claude (Anthropic) for trade scoring, weekly reports, and strategy analysis. Your trade data is sent to the AI only when you explicitly trigger a score or report — never automatically.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan gives you the core journal, dashboard, watchlist, and economic calendar with no time limit and no credit card required to sign up.
What markets and instruments are supported?
Any instrument you can type in — NQ, ES, GC, EURUSD, BTCUSD, individual stocks, and more. TradingView chart auto-linking supports 40+ mapped symbols with automatic interval selection.
Is my trading data private?
Yes. Your journal, scores, and notes are scoped to your account only using row-level security. There is no social feed and your data is never sold or used to train public models.
Can I use Composure on mobile?
Yes. The app is fully responsive and works in any mobile browser. A dedicated app (iOS/Android) is on the roadmap for Phase 4.
What is the difference between Trader, Pro, and Elite?
Trader ($29) covers core journaling and risk tools. Pro ($59) adds AI scoring, weekly reports, and market context. Elite ($99) adds broker account sync, PropFirm challenge mode, strategy backtesting, and priority support.
