Apex Trader Funding

Completed Orders export from Apex via Rithmic R Trader Pro

Apex Trader Funding uses Rithmic as its execution and clearing infrastructure. Trade history is exported through the Rithmic R Trader Pro platform. Composure reads the Completed Orders CSV and automatically pairs buy/sell fills into round-trip trades.

Before you start

  • Rithmic R Trader Pro installed (provided by Apex)
  • Apex evaluation or funded account active

Step-by-step guide

  1. 1

    Open Rithmic R Trader Pro

Launch Rithmic R Trader Pro and log in with your Apex account credentials. These are the same credentials provided when your Apex account was created.

  2. 2

    Navigate to Order History

In the top menu, go to Trade → Order History (or right-click the activity panel and select Order History).

  3. 3

    Add required columns

Right-click the column header row and choose Add/Remove Columns. Make sure these are visible: Symbol, Side (Buy/Sell), Qty Filled, Avg Fill Price, Update Time. These are the minimum columns Composure needs.

  4. 4

    Set date range

Use the date filter controls at the top of the Order History panel to set the date range covering your trading period.

  5. 5

    Export CSV

Right-click anywhere in the Order History panel and choose Export → CSV. Save the file to your desktop.

  6. 6

    Review and import in Composure

Go to Journal → Import Trades, select the .csv file, review the parsed trades preview, then click Import selected trades.

Important notes

  • Apex accounts run on Rithmic infrastructure — the Rithmic CSV format works directly with Composure's Rithmic parser.
  • Each buy/sell fill is paired into a round-trip trade using FIFO matching per symbol.
  • Commissions are included if the Comm/Fee column is present in your export.
  • If you have multiple Apex accounts (Evaluation + Funded), export each account separately and import one at a time.
  • Apex Trader Funding uses the CME Group for futures execution — symbols match standard CME futures tickers (NQ, ES, CL, GC, etc.).
