Closed positions CSV export from dxTrade Trade History

dxTrade exports a position-based CSV from the Trade History section. Each row contains one fully closed position with entry price, close price, side, quantity, realized P&L, and commission.

Before you start

Step-by-step guide

    Open Trade History

    Log in to your dxTrade platform. In the bottom panel or menu, find "Trade History" (sometimes labelled "Closed Positions" or "History").

    Set date range

    Use the date filter controls to select the trading history period you want.

  3. 3

    Export CSV

    Click the export or download icon and select CSV. Save the file to your computer.

  4. 4

    Review and import in Composure

    Go to Journal → Import Trades, select the .csv file, review the parsed trades, then click Import selected trades.

Important notes

  • dxTrade is used by many prop firms — the CSV format is consistent across brokers running the dxTrade platform.
  • Realized P&L is imported directly from the export; commission is stored separately.
  • Symbol names are imported as-is from dxTrade.
